Letting it Go
We tend to hold on to a lot of traumatic events that happened to us in our lifetime to date. We play it over and over in our head hoping it could have been different. Something like, wishing upon a star that has already come and gone.
Have you yet!!! Taken responsibility for allowing your emotions in different events frame your mindset? It is important for you to admit your part of creating this frame of emotions. So you can forgive yourself, be aware of the type of emotion you are feeling, and understand it’s only temporary.
Most things that happened to us can be difficult to accept, because we are simply forced to move on without dealing with it wholeheartedly. Or do we really move on? do we really let go of the memories of trauma that we encountered. How we think affects us when it’s time to move forward because we are so used to being where you are mentally. So there goes that roadblock again!!!!! Yikes, I’m telling you it’s insanity, that’s the best way to explain it. Being able to wake up the next day and do it differently but this traumatizing event has you by the neck mentally now, you are too tired to fight for today.
Everyday we wake up is a chance to renew our minds. Holding on to things puts us in bondage and slows us down. Choosing to let go of what is behind you, create a clear road for wants in front of you. We often hear Let go & let God! But what does that really mean??????? when you fully let go and let God you are submitting all of you to him and believing with everything in your mind & heart. That battle you’ve been fighting, he is in Control. When we let go we make room for new blessings in our lives. Letting go and letting God have to become a daily lifestyle choice to give it all to him or your higher power! Mine is God so I am using him in my terms. Carrying the past around in your mind only takes up room for grace and favor over your life.
